WiQo PRX-T33 No Peel or Exfoliation is a groundbreaking, non-invasive skincare peel with minimal downtime for skin improvement.

PRX-T33 combines the effects of high concentration TCA 33% (Trichloroacetic Acid), low concentration Hydrogen Peroxide 0.1-0.3%, and Kojic Acid 5% to provide:

Hydrogen peroxide transforms an aggressive chemical peel into a non-invasive product, so TCA does not cause frostings like the typical TCA.

THE PRX-T33 Ingredients:

TCA: is a chemical agent that disrupts the skin barrier, eases the penetration of Hydrogen Peroxide to the Papillary Dermis, causes the release of growth factors, and facilitates skin regeneration and collagen formation.

H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide): in low concentrations, will promote wound healing, modulate TCA to control the depth of the skin injury, avoid tissue frosting, provide deep tissue hydration, help remodel the extracellular matrix, regulate inflammation, and help prevent skin frosting.

KOJIC ACID: effectively brightens uneven skin tones and depigmenting skin by inhibiting pigment-producing melanocytes.

About the WiQo PXR-T33 No Peel or Exfoliation procedure

After cleansing and preparing the face with a P solution, the skin is subjected to the application of PRX-T33 using a firm upward 3–4-pound pressure massage to penetrate the dermis. Depending on skin type and the recommended add-on procedures by Dr. Phanor Calle (such as Microneedling, Radiofrequency, Platelet Rich Fibrin-PRF, Fibroblast Skin Tightening-PlasmaMD, or PDO Threads), 2-5 layers are applied.

After application, PRX is rinsed off with water, and moisturizer is applied to restore the skin’s lipid barrier. As Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) does not affect the epidermis, there is no pain, peeling, or frosting after the treatment. Additionally, growth factors are released, triggering the healing process, collagen stimulation, and skin tightening, resulting in minimized fine lines and wrinkles and improved acne scars, chickenpox scars, traumatic scars, and stretch marks.

The outcome encompasses visible firmness, facial tightening, and glowing skin. Stimulated fibroblasts in the papillary dermis ensure continuous improvement over several weeks post-PRX-T33 procedure, with further collagen stimulation and skin re-epithelization.

The procedure lasts approximately 30 minutes for the face and up to 60 minutes for larger areas. It involves no injections or needles and entails no pain or downtime. Patients may experience a mild tingling sensation or slight burning, though most find the procedure very comfortable.

Any slight redness typically subsides within a couple of hours. Following the PXR-T33 procedure, it’s essential to adhere to home care recommendations by applying a Smoothing Solution, Moisturizer, and Sunscreen. Patients can resume activities immediately, and makeup can be used if desired.

Although we recommend a minimum of 4 treatments between 7 and 10 days for maximum results, additional treatments may be required according to underlying medical conditions (severity of wrinkles, facial scars, and stretch marks) or desired skin tightening.

Depending on your age, skin type, and underlying skin conditions, you can schedule maintenance treatments about one year later.

Is it safe, and what are the contraindications?

Suitable for all ages, skin types, and skin colors, this product offers a noninvasive procedure without needing needles.

Although it may cause a mild stinging or burning sensation, no pain, downtime, or peeling is associated with it. Furthermore, it is non-photo sensitizing, allowing for its application at any time of the year.

You may not be a candidate for treatment with peel PRX-t33 if you have any of the following:

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding.
Infection or inflammation at the injection site.
Allergy to any of the ingredients of the product.
Irritable skin

What is pre-care and aftercare?

PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

It is advised to avoid any:

Exfoliating skin products (such as glycolic, lactic, and salicylic acids).
Retinol (Vitamin A) products on your skin for one week before treatment.
Avoid shaving or waxing the area for a few days before treatment.
Skin peel treatments, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning should be done at least two weeks before treatment.

If you have a history of recurrent cold sores, you must disclose this to Dr. Calle before treatment, as you will require medication to prevent an outbreak of herpetic lesions.

AFTERCARE ADVICE

Makeup may be applied to the treated area after 24 hours of treatment.
Use the prescribed Smoothing Solution, Moisturizer, and Sunscreen aftercare products as directed.
